Gravy Fail

I’ve consumed some questionable gravy in the course of this project, but if this showed up in front of me, I’d send it back. And I never send food back.

    Looks like it could be sawmill gravy (aka white gravy)? Which is usually reserved for the Southern USA dishes biscuits and gravy or chicken fried steak.

    If so, though unorthodox, I’ll bet it’s good!
